Yes. Buying your flooring somewhere else does not stop us from installing it. Our flooring labor service is labor-only installation for material you already own, and it is one of the three things we do alongside flooring installation and flooring sales.
Who Books Labor-Only Installation

How a Labor-Only Job Works
We follow four steps on a labor job, and none of them is skipped because the material came from somewhere else.
1. Tell Us What You Bought
Let us know what material you have and how much of it, so we can plan the labor and confirm there is enough for the space. This is the best time to ask questions, before anything is opened or laid out.
2. Free In-Person Estimate
We come to the property, look at the space and your material, and give you a free labor estimate. Because we see the real room, the number matches the actual scope of the work instead of a guess made over the phone.
3. Subfloor Prep and Installation
A floor is only as good as what is underneath it, so we prep the subfloor first. Then we install your material square and tight at every seam, whether it is wood, laminate, vinyl or tile.
4. Final Walkthrough
Before we call the job done, we walk the finished floor with you so you can see the result and ask anything that comes to mind.

We can talk through what the space needs, and at the free estimate we confirm the material on hand is enough for the room before any work begins. We are a licensed C-15 flooring contractor in California, and we have been installing flooring around San Diego for six years. Labor-only jobs get the same estimate, subfloor care and walkthrough as a full installation.
